To the fullest extent permitted by law, jobbox.ai disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, including all warranties and conditions of merchantability, whether express, implied or statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

7. Proprietary Rights
Except as otherwise stated in these Terms, all right, title and interest in and to the Services, including, but not limited to, text, images, graphics, logos, and all other content and compilations of content, are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by jobbox.ai.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall jobbox.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, interruption of service, damage to computer system or hardware equipment, damage to reputation or goodwill, or any other damages or losses, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or inability to use the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability for Use of ChatGPT and OpenAI

You acknowledge and agree that jobbox.ai uses OpenAI’s ChatGPT language model to provide certain services and responses within the site. These responses are automatically generated and should not be considered personalized, professional or legal advice.
jobbox.ai does not modify, edit or alter the ChatGPT generated responses in any way. Therefore, the user understands that any response or information provided by ChatGPT through our site is purely informative and should not be taken as a definitive recommendation or advice for any decision or action.
jobbox.ai assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, relevance, timeliness or completeness of the answers provided by ChatGPT. The user is solely responsible for interpreting, using or acting upon such responses.
You release jobbox.ai, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses, including, without limitation, legal fees, which may arise from or be related to your use of or reliance on the answers or information provided by ChatGPT through our site.

10. Consent to the Processing of Information by ChatGPT
